Freedom Home Inspections LLC provides a thorough non-invasive visual inspection of your home. This is not a pass or fail inspection; we will give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

We will travel up to 150 miles from Scott Depot, West Virginia. There is a travel fee charged on any service scheduled beyond 50 miles.

    Freedom Home Inspections is A++++ all the way!!! I was actually on site when David inspection the home for me so I got to see first hand how much attention to detail they put into the inspection. The final report is worth every penny you pay for the inspection. Quality pictures and videos were taken as evidence of the findings. They use a drone if needed to take amazing photos and videos of the roof as well. The report also provides diagrams and pictures with tips/instructions in how to fix the issue that are present. Both of which provided us with more than enough information to dictate if we wanted to still purchase the home. Within the report, David included referrals to other contacts who may be able to help with specific issues and he also linked videos that either explained an issue in further detail, or showcased how to fix something on our own.
